Competitive Tumbling 

Levels are available from beginner to expert tumblers through the Mid America Tumbling Society.

Every routine is compulsory and done on panel mats.  MATS provides synchro routines as well as optional routines for the top level tumbler. Prior to the tournament, the MATS team commits to a 6-week workshop and a weekly tumbling class

Each year, there are three competitions: November, February, March-Championships.

Team leotards and warm-up is required gear.
